Are you a talented Sous Chef?

We are looking for an experienced sous chef to join our creative kitchen team at our beautiful manor hotel. We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic chef that is available to in February. You must have a background in a professional kitchen, preferably with hotel experience.

The successful candidate must have a passion for food, be hard working and excited to develop new menus, focusing on seasonality and quality of produce. You will be responsible for preparation and service of food, ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times. You will be required to ensure strict hygiene regulations are adhered to.

Salary depending on experience.
