You can negotiate this rate when telling your account manager (Richard) your requirements so your company gets a deal that makes the most sense for your circumstance. Once your rate has been agreed, you will receive a custom code that can be entered every time you make a booking through Woodland Manor Hotels booking engine. This will automatically load up your rate when you make a booking, so you wont have to call reception each time to get your agreed rate.
