Autograph room
The Autograph room is a generous space ideal for large meetings and conferences. The room has enough capacity for more than 80 delegates and offers direct access to gardens and grounds. The room measures 35 feet by 23 feet and can be arranged according to your individual requirements. Seating capacity varies depending on room layout.

The Autograph Room
The Conservatory
The Conservatory room is perfect for intimate meetings but still spacious enough for as many as 24 delegates, measuring 17 feet by 22 feet. Often used for small business conferences, our conservatory has become renowned in Bedfordshire.

The Library
The Library at Woodland Manor Hotel is an atmospheric space, ideal for situations where focus and inspiration are the priorities. Smaller than our Autograph room but next door to it, you can open the double doors and extend the space further for bigger corporate events.
